You’ve probably heard it a million times – and you’ve probably heard it in a million different ways; the best ways to increase your sperm count.
You’ve read the articles, you’ve tried the supplements, you’ve cut out the bad foods, and you’ve changed your lifestyle a little. You’ve practically done it all, and I understand. You’re basically sick and tired of researching numerous websites just to have the same information fed to you as the last time you researched the subject. You just want to know the ultimate best ways to increase your sperm count, point blank, and I’ve got them for you.
I must admit, before diving headfirst into writing this article, that some of the options I am about to mention are a little bit repetitive. In other words, I don’t doubt you haven’t read about them or heard about them before. However, that doesn’t mean the tactics don’t work.
Listen here, I’m going to give you the best ways to increase your sperm count below, no matter if they’ve been talked about before or not. Just bear with me and pick out the ones you haven’t tried before or pick out the ones you’re willing to try.
Let’s get this show on the road! What can you do to increase your sperm count?
Avoid using plastic too much.
This suggestion may seem odd, but hey, the facts are there backing it.
Supposedly, chemicals present in plastic such as BPA and Phthalates are harmful to a man’s sperm count. They’ve been harmful ever since they hit the market in the 1940s. And, they’re quite literally in every plastic product. They’re even in things like your everyday water sources and your normal household cleaning products. So, watch out guys, and protect your little swimmers by avoiding plastic use.
In addition to plastic, BPA can be found in canned goods and on coated receipts. Avoid cooking canned sides/meals and avoid taking receipts from the cashier next time you’re at the market.
Check out your sex toy collection and eliminate a few of those suckers.
Many male sex toys are made using plastic softening chemicals such as Phthalates (named above to be detrimental to sperm cells). Instead of using such sex toys, stick with products that are made from glass or silicone, it’ll be better for your sperm.
Only use natural lubricants.
Most lubricants either kill sperm or act as if they’re a barrier, blocking sperm from swimming through the thick liquid. This, in turn, can make it hard for couples trying to conceive a baby.
Instead, use natural lubricants that aid the sperm on their mission to find the egg.
Try to limit your exposure to non-stick pans and rain jackets.
This is probably the weirdest combination you’ll ever hear of in the history of sperm related topics, but trust me, you should avoid these two things as much as possible. Both non-stick pans and rain jackets have chemicals known as perfluoralkyl acids in them, which give both products their non-stick abilities.
In recent studies, men who were typically around these two products had sperm levels cut in half compared to that of a man who was nearly ever exposed to such products.
Stop smoking… everything.
Surprisingly, even though marijuana comes from the ground and is a pretty natural substance for us to be consuming, it is not good for men’s sperm count.
Unsurprisingly, if you want to increase your sperm count, you need to throw the cigs out immediately. I’m pretty sure that everyone knows to do this, but still, it’s worth mentioning for those of you out there that need the additional reminder.
Calm down, chill out, stress less, etc.
You need to chill out with the stress. The more stress you have in your life, the less sperm you’ll produce. It’s just a fact.
If you need additional help in this department, go see your doctor and get some “chill out” meds; it’s better than stressing out and not being able to conceive a child.
Put the laptop somewhere other than your lap.
Seriously, guys, a hot laptop lying on your junk is not going to increase your sperm count, it’s going to decrease your sperm count. Put a pillow in between the laptop and your junk, or just place it on a table for crying out loud.
When all hope is lost, go for natural male enhancement supplement. This supplement will help you with your low sperm count, but it will also help you in other areas of your sex life, too. This one little pill can do it all for you, you just have to give it the chance to make things right for you again.
Good luck in your endeavors, guys!
