Neutrogena Pore Refining Cleanser Rating

    Neutrogena Pore Refining Cleanser Rating

Neutrogena Pore Refining Cleanser has been on the market for a while, but for some reason it isn’t talked about as much as Neutrogena’s other cleansers. This is a specialized formula with a really specific target market: women with oversized pores. This is a major complaint, large pores get clogged easier and make for an uneven complexion. This cleanser has triple action power to shrink pores, exfoliate skin, and fight off signs of aging. Sounds too good to be true? Let’s take a further look inside this product to determine whether or not it holds up to its promises.

    Price: $8-10

The price for this product is really reasonable especially for something with anti-aging, that usually ramps up the price.

    How to Apply:

Application for this product is easy. It more or less works like any other cleanser you have tried in your life. Wet the face and rub a dime-sized amount of product onto the face. Rub into a nice lather and then make sure to rinse thoroughly. Pat the face gently dry with a towel.

    3 Main Ingredients:

Microbeads – deliver visible results as they slough away dead skin to refine dark spots and uneven tone

Alpha and Beta hydroxy- penetrate deeply into the pores to shrink them and create a less visible appearance

    4 starsDry skin

“I loved this product from the first time I tried it, I really like the size of the microbeads. Sometimes I find they are too large or too small in other products, these are more medium sized. I thought I could see a noticeable difference in my skin tone after just 2 weeks of daily use. I only gave it 4 stars though because I still break out.”

“I have combination skin and I found this really dried out any area that is not on my T-zone. I liked the product but I think I need something gentler. It definitely works though if that is what you are worried about.”

    5 Stars

“This is the best exfoliator I have ever used. I have always had HUGE pores, I mean BIG and they are constantly clogged. I would use those little white strips every other day, nothing worked I think they just made my pores bigger. Finally I got this and it totally shrunk my pores to normal size.”

    Final Rating: 8.5/10

The ingredients are solid and real users got real results, that is why I give this cleanser a 8.5/10. It is super affordable too which is great. It has a nice lather and microbead size and is proven to noticeably reduce the size of your pores. What more could a girl ask for?
