  1. Change the Way You Eat

You first want to be a limiting foods which are highly processed, and contain little to no fiber from your diet.  These types of foods not only irritate the lining of the digestive tract, but tend to move through it rather quickly as well.  This can lead to further problems revolving around mal absorption of nutrients within the digestive tract, as the body cannot adequately absorb than when the stool is moving so quickly.

This means you should be eating a diet that consists mainly of whole foods, and your meal should consist of foods that have a good amount of protein, healthy fats, fiber, and an assortment of micronutrients.  This is going to help keep you fall and provide your body with the nutrients it needs to maintain the best health.

  1. Fight Fatigue and Stress

The body cannot always stay in this heightened sense, and after a certain period of time it goes into what is caused the refractory period.  This is a period of time where the nervous system cannot react to stimulus, and is a cause for chronic fatigue.  The more stressed we become, the more overloaded our nervous system is, and the longer the refractory period becomes as a result.
