Everyone needs a daily cleanser in their beauty product arsenal, Murad Clarifying Cleanser is an all purpose facial cleaner that clears up breakouts and acne. It is best used for washing off daily build up, dirt, and grime. It works to keep pores unclogged and has acne medication in the formula that will prevent acne for hours after each wash. Murad has been a household name for 20 years now, does this product stand up to their reputation of reliability in the skin care world?
Is it really all-natural?
Murad Clarifying Cleanser, like many other products claims to be safe, all-natural, and highly effective. As consumers, we know that this isn’t always the truth. A company says one thing and their ingredient list says an entirely different thing. The item has no Parabens, Phthalates, or Sulfates which is a good sign, but let’s take a further look before definitively categorizing a product as “all-natural” before sorting through the rest of the ingredient list. One thing we can say for sure is that Murad does NOT test their products on lab animals. Kudos Murad! All their products have been tested on people, which means that it was tested on human skin types for more accurate results.

Conclusion about Murad Clarifying Cleanser…
While it is definitely safe and filled with pretty typical ingredients, my only thinking is that users should find a similar standard cleanser created by a drug store brand for the same results. Murad has been a reliable name for decades now and I totally trust their products to be effective. If money is no object to you and you are willing to pay for upwards of 20 bills for a daily facial cleanser this may be the product for you.
It will effectively clean your pores and eliminate blackheads with daily use. It is the perfect all-in one acne fighting cleanser that is not super medicinal or harsh on sensitive skin, but it still puts up a serious fight against breakouts. The packaging is also modern looking and nice to have out on the counter top. A generic will get you the same results, but there may be certain tweaks on this standard formula that may be a bit harsher on skin since they are most likely lower quality, but here what consumers are mostly paying for is the name.
