It’s no secret that the food that you choose to put into your body is the key reason why you see problems with your health, or none at all. When you’re eating junk food every meal, your body will react to that food in a negative way, and since there’s no nutrition in that food, your body won’t be able to fight off infections of sickness.
But if you eat food that is rich in nutrition that your body can use, your immune system will increase in strength, and any viruses or germs you encounter will be a joke to your body.
When you put two people side by side with one eating fast-food all the time and the other person eating healthy foods for every meal, almost every time you’ll see that the guy making smart food choices feels better and looks better.
Here are 4 foods that you could eat to feel amazing and stay healthy:
#1 – Grape Tomatoes
Not only are grape tomatoes easy to find, easy to eat, and actually taste pretty good, but they’re rich in nutrition that your body will love.
You’ll find that grape tomatoes will be high in vitamin C, and will have plenty of dietary fiber because of the outer skin that tomatoes normally have. You can eat these as they are, or you could throw them in a salad if you want. There are plenty of ways to eat them, and you only need about 6 at a time to maintain good health.
#2 – Cucumbers
Cucumbers are another really cheap and really healthy vegetable, and you’ll find them just about anywhere that sells food.
Cucumbers are high in vitamins, high in dietary fiber, and contain so much water that you’ll feel hydrated. Do not peel the skin off! This is where all of the nutrition is, otherwise you’re just eating water basically.
#3 – Tilapia
Tilapia isn’t the best fish around, but it’s high in omega-3 fatty acids, low in calories, and has tons of good vitamins and fats.
While it’s not the best tasting fish out there, it’s very cheap, and you will find it just about anywhere that will be selling food to you, like in a supermarket.
#4 – Sweet Potatoes
Sweet potatoes are a fan favorite at Thanksgiving, and not just because they taste amazing.
While they are sweet in flavor, they contain all of the good starches, minerals, carbs, and vitamins that you could want in a vegetable.
If you sprinkle a little cinnamon on them (and a little brown sugar), it’s almost like a dessert!
